Issue 7 Contents

Here's a quick sneak preview of the fantastic Death Duty cover for Issue 7 of 100% Biodegradable (art by Alan Burrows, with colours by Brett Burbridge, Death Duty logo by Ken Reynolds and design by John Kirkham).

And here's a look at the contents page (featuring art by Stewart Moore).

There's at least three 2000ad creators with work inside, along with many popular creators from the indie comics scene (and all at the highly reasonable price of 69p!).  The issue will be out later today, so watch this space (or, er, do something else in the meantime.  Compose a sonnet, hug a monkey or eat a bag of chips perhaps?)

'Pure and brilliant pulp. 8/10' - Robert Wallis, A Place To Hang Your Cape.

'The kind of smart script and stylish art that would feel right at home in the pages of the Galaxy's Greatest Comic!' - Alex Thomas, Pipe Dream Comics

'The stories are irreverent and funny, but the longform tales ooze action and the kind of wonderful craziness we've come to demand of the creators involved.' - John Freeman, Down The Tubes

Issue 4 Preview - Geophagy

As well as providing a rather stunning cover for Issue 4 of 100% Biodegradable, Stewart Moore has also created a brand new strip of gloriously surreal proportions, titled 'Geophagy'.

I'm happy to say that more of Stewart's mighty fine artwork will be appearing in later issues.

A bit more about the artist:

Stewart Moore was born in Scotland and lives in Prague.

He is an actor as well as an artist, and played the part of Garrick in the movie Solomon Kane (his full IMDB entry can be examined here: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm2713851/)

He's had comic strips published in Futurequake and Zarjaz, and is in the process of illustrating a Judge Dredd Gamebook for Tin Man Games.

He once had one of his paintings unveiled in a pub in Prague by the legendary actor Dennis Hopper.
